Revelation of the Jewish Messiah
Who is the Jewish Messiah?
Prophets in the Tanakh prophesied about the Messianic era. Through these prophecies, our God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob has revealed the identification of our Jewish Messiah to mankind. These prophets explain to us how we can identify Him – the Jewish Messiah. If we want to know who the Jewish Messiah is, we have to go back to God’s Word – the Tanakh.
The chance that the Messiah fulfilled just eight prophecies in the Tanakh is 1 in 100,000,000,000,000,000, (10 to the 17th power)*. Therefore, it is extraordinarily unlikely that these Messianic Prophecies occurred deliberately ……. And our Jewish Messiah, who has come, fulfilled over THIRTY prophecies in the Tanakh. Here are only some of them:

Prophecy 6
The Messiah Commenced Ministry in Galilee
Isaiah 9:1-2 " 1 Nevertheless, there will be no more gloom for those who were in distress. In the past he humbled the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, but in the future he will honor Galilee of the nations, by the Way of the Sea, beyond the Jordan— 2 The people walking in darkness
have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned."

Prophecy 8
Israel did not Believe in the Messiah
Isaiah 53:1-3 " 1 Who has believed our message
and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? 2 He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. 3 He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem."
Prophecy 9
The Messiah’s Suffering was for Our Sins
Isaiah 53:4-6, 12 " 4 Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. 5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. 6 We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all."
" 12 Therefore I will give him a portion among the great, and he will divide the spoils with the strong, because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors."
Prophecy 10
The Messiah was a Suffering Lamb of God
Isaiah 53:7-8 " 7 He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before its shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth. 8 By oppression and judgment he was taken away. Yet who of his generation protested? For he was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgression of my people he was punished."
Prophecy 11
The Messiah’s Side was Pierced
Zechariah 12:10 "And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication. They will look on me, the one they have pierced, and they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for a firstborn son."
